《RIN》
Yuko Takashima

Technique: Hand-turned potter's wheel, decorative turning (fine lines), wipe-on lacquer
Materials: Horse chestnut wood, copper, raw lacquer (natural)
This piece features a shimmering, crinkled grain of horse chestnut wood that catches the light. A thousand concentric circles are carved into the center using a potter's wheel,
combining the naturally occurring grain with the "circle" created by human hands.
